Skills!

Just a quick rundown of all the skills Sumia has technically learned in my file(s):

From Pegasus Knight
Speed+2
Ups her Speed stat by 2. Speed affects number of attacks she can do in a turn as well as affects her Evasion.

Relief
Sumia can regain 20% of her HP should no one (if paired, her partner does not count) be within 3-tile radius of her.

From Falcon Knight

Lancefaire
+5 to Strength stat if Sumia is using a Lance. Also +5 to Magic if she's using a Shockstick.

Rally Speed
Raises allies who are within a 3-tile radius' Speed stat by 4.

From Dark Flier

Rally Movement
Raises allies who are within a 3-tile radius' Movement range by 1.

Galeforce
Allows Sumia to move again after defeating an enemy for one extra turn.

From Cleric

Miracle
Sumia can survive a fatal hit with barely (1 HP) any health left. Depends on her Luck stat (Luck% > 1 HP)

Healtouch
Enables Sumia to add an additional 5 HP to allies when healing them.

From War Cleric

Rally Luck
Raises the Luck stat of all allies withing a 3-tile radius by 8.

Renewal
Sumia recovers 30% of her HP at the start of each turn.

From Sage

Rally Magic
Ups Magic stat of allies in a 3-tile radius by 4.

Tomefaire
Ups her Magic stat by 5 when she uses a tome.

From Knight

Defense+2
Ups her Defense stat by 2.

Indoor Fighter
Increases her Accuracy and Avoid by 10 if fighting indoors.

From General

Rally Defense
Ups allies Defense by 4.

Pavise
Halves damage done by Beaststones, Monster weapons, swords, lances, and axes when activated. Skill stat plays a part in activation.

From Great Knight

Luna
Halves the enemy's Defense and Resistance. Skill stat plays a part in activation.

Dual Guard+
Increases the chance of Dual Guard happening by 10%. If Sumia is paired with another character who has the skill equipped, it's raised to 20%.

For RP purposes (where applicable):

Sumia has Galeforce, Relief, Luna, Lancefaire, and Speed+2 for simplicity's sake and the following of canon deal of only 5 skills at one time.

Galeforce and Relief: I tend to play these off as a Second Wind (GF) and normal recovery (Relief) of sorts.
The rest are treated like the skills are explained.
